Input the dates directly or try searching Wikipedia for famous people's life dates - but their API is reliably unreliable so your mileage may vary.
This is a rebuild of the original 2017 version with vanilla JavaScript, CSS and HTML hand-coded by Shaw while social distancing in early 2020.
